Grace practised at Linklaters in London from 2017 to 2024, rising to the position of Managing Associate in one of their more significant industry practice groups. In that role, she worked in a dynamic environment, which included major regulatory change arising from implementation of comprehensive Europe-wide harmonisation legislation, Brexit and COVID-19.
Grace’s experience covered transactional, advisory and contentious types of matters. It includes advising on regulatory compliance, misconduct investigations and statutory interpretation, in areas such as licensing, legislated conduct rules and codes of conduct, anti-money laundering and governance.

Prior to her time in the UK, Grace was the Associate to Hon Justice Graeme Murphy of the Supreme Court of Western Australia (Court of Appeal) and practised at Allens.
"I enjoy solving problems and navigating the application of complex rules and regulations to real world scenarios and practicalities. I aim to be a trusted advisor, who not only provides advice, but also supports clients to ask the right questions."
At Civic Legal, Grace’s practice encompasses a wide variety of matters. They include work for local governments and others in the areas of property, planning and environment, preparing templates for WALGA sector-wide use, contract review and preparation, as well as litigation and statutory interpretation.
