Civic Legal COVID-19 Update

COVID-19: Civic Legal Client Update

21 Mar 2020

Civic Legal has been monitoring the COVID-19 crisis carefully. We have been adapting office protocols to address the wellbeing of our clients, our staff and the wider community with whom we interact.

Civic Legal has used government guidelines and recommendations as our baseline for our responses, including upgrading our Sickness and Hygiene policy. We are also following the emerging guidelines and directives from the courts and the tribunals where a number of our lawyers do their work.

We have implemented plans to ensure that all our staff are able to work effectively from home for health and safety reasons, or if it is required by law. This measure is also intended to ensure continuity of interactions with our clients and suppliers.

Civic Legal is limiting non-essential face-to-face meetings and offering the alternative of telephone and videoconferencing communication. We have postponed planned internal and external events until further notice.

Civic Legal will respond to emerging information and further government guidelines and directives. We will notify you if any significant changes have to be made to our practice which will affect your interactions with our firm.

Our commitment to excellent and responsive client service remains unchanged during these uncertain times.

Please feel free to contact me if you wish to know more about the Civic Legal response to the COVID-19 crisis.

Kind regards
