The Role
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a senior lawyer with 8+ years PAE experience to become a key member of our Corporate & Commercial /Local Government Team.
We are looking for a lawyer with a demonstrated track record in commercial law, including drafting correspondence and a range of contracts and agreements, supervising implementation of agreements o clients, conducting property or property-related transactions and conduct of sale or acquisition of businesses or business assets. This role would suit someone with a strong interest in advisory work on a broad range of matters.
The role would suit someone who is interested in growing the practice and engaging in business development and seeing themselves as part of the future of the law firm. It would suit a self-motivated person who enjoys client contact and a broad range of commercial and advisory work. The hours can be part-time or full-time.
The lawyer should be admitted to practice in Western Australia and have a current practising certificate. The seniority level is Senior Associate, Principal, Partner or Special Counsel.
