Wendy was admitted to practice as a lawyer in South Africa in 2002 and in New South Wales in 2009. Her roles have been in private practice as well as in-house as senior legal advisor.
Wendy is experienced in litigation work. She has managed contract and tort matters and managed guarantee/surety and other insurance issues.

Wendy also has experience in drafting contracts, commercial agreements such as shareholder and partnership agreements, sale of businesses, and other commercial documents such as acknowledgments of debt, suretyships, credit and commercial lease agreements.
Wendy's current role is providing support to the senior lawyers in the commercial and local government teams. This includes drafting leasing and other documents, and also prosecution work under the Building Act.
