Background

Stephanie is a senior lawyer practising in corporate/commercial litigation and dispute resolution. She has appeared in the Federal, Supreme, District and Magistrates Courts and in the State Administrative Tribunal. Her experience includes acting in insolvency, construction, general contractual and partnership matters, and in disputes under the Corporations Act.

Stephanie has acted as junior counsel in a number of trials involving construction, employment and banking disputes. Stephanie also has experience in alternative dispute resolution processes such as private arbitrations, rapid adjudications and mediations.

Stephanie has excellent organisation and time management skills which help her to manage a large number of different types of matters. She likes problem solving and helping clients to find a practical solution to their legal issues.
