Madeleine completed a Bachelor of Laws at Murdoch University in 2014 and the Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice with the College of Law in 2015.
She was admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in November 2015.
Madeleine’s experience includes working in private practice and also in the Governance Business Unit of a metropolitan local government. Her court experience includes appearances in the Family Court of Western Australia and the Magistrates Court of Western Australia.
Madeleine's areas of practice include public liability, planning law and a wide range of local government matters. She was a key member of the team which undertook the first independent review of the planning processes underlying a sample of Responsible Authority Reports for a City.
Madeleine has also played a key role in running a complex, long-running, multi-party negligence action in the Supreme Court.
