John has extensive experience in corporate, commercial and property transactions
involved in the acquisition and sale of companies and businesses, the
structuring of business entities, preparation of international licensing,
preparation of joint venture agreements and shareholder agreements, the
establishment and operation of franchises. John has presented various papers to
the Institution of Chartered Accountants on franchising issues and other
accounting groups on business structures
