Civic Legal has a migration practice which is headed by a highly
experienced lawyer specialising in this field.
We are one of the few firms with a practitioner who has access to the online
facility with the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) and able to
issue student e-visas online under the AL2-4 student visa trial scheme
introduced by the Government in May 2005 for applicants from China, India and
Thailand proposing to pursue a course of study in Australia.

We also work closely with bankers, financial planners, real estate agents and
other service providers to assist with a smooth processing of migration matters,
including settlement visas on arrival in Australia providing the full range of
