Litigation

The Litigation Team at Civic Legal use its negotiation and dispute resolution skills to assist clients to manage their disputes in the civil, commercial and corporate areas.

Our Litigation Team draws on the knowledge and experience of solicitors in other practice areas of the firm to achieve creative, practical and commercial solutions to disputes.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation, the Litigation Team uses its litigation skills and knowledge to guide clients through the legal system, whether that be in courts or tribunals.
